Who can come to these workshops?
Suitable for anyone interested. These workshops are inclusive to different people will different needs and movement abilities. The stretches can be adapted to sitting position. If in doubt about increasing your physical activity then check first with your GP.
Do I have to bring anything with me?
Comfortable clothes to move in and soft, non-slip footwear or bare feet.
